摘要
结合社会需求和人才培养目标,按照天津市品牌专业建设要求,通过制定人才培养方案、优化主干课程内容、构建实践教学体系、建设高水平师资队伍,实施食品科学与工程品牌专业建设。
Combined the social needs with the talent training objective, according to the brand specialty construction requirements for Tianjin colleges and universities, the brand specialty construction of Food Science and Engineering was put into effect by means of formulating the scheme for talent training, optimizing the main course contents, constructing the practice teaching system and establishing the teacher group of high level.
