摘要
在岭澳核电站二期1号汽轮发电机组(L3)汽-水分离再热器系统(GSS)调试运行过程中,疏水箱的液位测量存在闪发尖峰虚假信号,测量偏差较大。尤其当机组瞬态工况运行时,部分疏水箱的疏水液位无法得到有效控制,对系统疏水的正常调节及保护造成了影响。本文结合L3GSS系统疏水调节及保护特点,对导波雷达液位计的质量、疏水管道布置及疏水调节设计等缺陷进行了深入的分析,并在目前的系统设计基础上提出了改进建议与处理措施。最终的试验结果表明,该处理措施解决了系统的缺陷,可以有效保证机组安全、稳定运行。
In the commissioning tests and operation process of moisture separator reheater system(GSS) in Unit 3 of Ling'Ao Ⅱ,the level measure of the drain tanks is not exact,especially during the unit transients,and the level of part drain tanks fluctuate frequently.It makes the level of the tanks uncontrollable and the unit operation unsafe.In this paper,combining the L3 GSS system drainage regulation and protection features,we analyze the effect of the equipment quality,pipeline layout,regulation and protection design,and suggest corresponding modification options.The tests show that,the modification options to solve the defects of the system,can effectively ensure the unit safety and stability.
