摘要
以广东、广西68家民营企业159名管理者及员工的调查结果为样本,实证分析了民企家长型领导、员工工作满意与组织绩效的关系。研究结果表明:德行领导对员工工作满意的影响程度最高;仁慈领导在民营企业样本中表现出对工作满意的积极影响;威权领导对员工工作满意产生消极影响。家长型领导行为能够在整体上有利于组织绩效的提升。
Based on the investigation of 159 managers and employees from Guangdong and Guangxi provinces the relationship among paternalistic leadership,job satisfaction and organizational performance in private entrepreneurs is analyzed.The results are as following:(1) Moral leadership has maximum positive influence on job satisfaction of employees;(2)Kindness leadership has positive influence on job satisfaction of employees;(3)Authoritarian leadership has negative influence on job satisfaction on employees.Generally speaking,paternalistic leadership is in favor of promotion for the organizational performance.
