摘要
采用碳热还原法合成了纯度较高的单晶SiC纳米线,并对其光催化性能进行了研究。以罗丹明B为目标降解物,20 W紫外灯(λ=253.7 nm)为光源,探讨了不同条件下SiC纳米线对罗丹明B的光催化降解效果。结果表明,催化剂用量为0.04 g、pH值为1的条件下SiC纳米线对罗丹明B的光催化降解效果最好。光照6 h,罗丹明B的降解率达到67.63%。罗丹明B的降解符合一级动力学模型。
The high purity monocrystal SiC nanowires are synthesized by carbonthermal reduction method.In different conditions,the photo catalysis degradation effect of SiC nanowires is studied when RhB is taken as the target breakdown products under 20 W UV lamp(λ = 253.7 nm).It is found that the RhB degradation reaches the best result under that condition of 0.04 g SiC nanowires and pH 1.The degradation rate of RhB is 67.63% when the illumination time is 6 hours.Kinetics analysis of different concentrations of RhB solution indicates that the degradation of RhB follows the first-order reaction kinetics model.
