摘要
目的观察妇科千金片联合克林霉素磷酸酯治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将173例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为2组。对照组86例予克林霉素磷酸酯治疗,治疗组87例在对照组治疗基础上加用妇科千金片,连续用药15 d,观察2组临床疗效及症状的改善情况。结果 2组治疗后的临床症状评分均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降更为明显(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率89.66%,对照组总有效率77.91%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论口服妇科千金片联合克林霉素磷酸酯治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combination of Fukeqianjin tablets and Clindamycin on chronic pelvic inflammatory.Methods 173 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=86） were treated by Clindamycin.Patients in treatment group（n=87） were treated by combination of Fukeqianjin tablets and Clindamycin.The clinical efficacy and symptom improvement were observed continuous medication for 15 days.Results Symptom scores after treatment were obviously decreased in two groups（P〈0.05）.The decrease of symptom scores was more obvious in treatment group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group（89.66%） was higher than that in control group（77.91%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fukeqianjin tablets combined with intravenous antibiotics has definite effect on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory.
