摘要
库存管理是指在物流过程中商品数量的管理。过去人们总认为仓库里的物资越多,表明企业越兴旺发达,现在"零库存"则是最好的库存管理。库存多,占用资金多,企业负担加重,但如果过分降低库存,有时也会出现断档,出现供不应求现象。文章谈了在库存管理过程中应注意的几点事项。
Inventory management refers to quantity management of goods during logistic process. People tended to believe that more goods in stock reflect flourishing of an enterprise, but ＂zero inventory＂ is the best inventory management in nowadays. Larger inventory means more occupied capital and heavier burden on enterprise, but over-low inventory may cause interruption of stock and shortage of supply. The paper discusses some attentions in inventory management.
