摘要
文章分析了我国企业薪酬管理制度存在的问题,就薪酬管理的新模式进行了探讨,提出了薪酬管理新模式在实施过程中应注意的问题。
This paper analyzes problems in salary management system of enterprises, probe into now mode of salary management and raises the attentions in implementation.
