在当今激烈的市场竞争环境中,节流开源已成为企业最为核心的问题。因为企业要发展,需要降低成本,增加收入,这样才能提高企业的利润率,在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。文章结合我国当前企业的现实情况,就如何加强管理、降低企业成本等问题,提高了一些行之有效的方案和对策。
