谋定而后动——关节置换术后假体周围感染的诊疗策略 被引量：3

摘要 人工关节置换术后假体周围感染会增加患者痛苦，影响关节功能，严重者会导致关节强直、融合，甚至截肢，从而降低患者满意度和生活质量，增加医疗费用。关节置换术后感染的发病率为1．0％～2．7％。
