摘要
针对高心墙堆石坝施工填筑单元能否实现科学合理的划分问题,通过对高心墙堆石坝施工特性进行分析,综合考虑各施工环节之间的逻辑关系和各种复杂施工约束条件的影响,建立了高心墙堆石坝施工填筑单元划分优化数学模型,提出了基于数学解析法和施工仿真技术的两种方法对优化模型进行求解,并结合实际工程开展了实例研究.结果表明,所提出的理论方法能够对高心墙堆石坝施工填筑单元的划分进行有效的分析,实现了单元划分方案的优化,为高心墙堆石坝施工组织设计和工程管理决策提供了新的有效途径.
A complete scheme for solving the problems associated with scientific and reasonable division of filling unit for high core rock-fill dam construction was presented. First, based on the analysis of construction characteristics of a high core rock-fill dam, an optimization mathematical model for filling unit division, which considers both the logical relationship of construction procedure and the complex constraints, was developed. Then, two solution methods based on mathematical analysis and construction simulation, respectively, were put forward. Finally, the theories proposed in the paper were applied to a practical project. Results show that the division of filling unit can be analyzed effectively and that scheme optimization can be realized, which provides an effective way for construction organization design and management decision-making.
