摘要
目的:探讨Foley导尿管用于幼女阴道裂伤止血的临床疗效。方法:用Foley导尿管行阴道填塞对27例幼女阴道裂伤出血患者进行处理。结果:27例幼女阴道裂伤出血患者用Foley导尿管行填塞阴道止血治疗均有效。结论:Foley导尿管阴道填塞法对幼女阴道裂伤出血的止血治疗是一种安全有效、简单可靠的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the efficacy of Foley catheter for young girls with vaginal laceration hemostatic.Methods： Foley catheter transvaginal tamponade in 27 cases of young girls with vaginal laceration hemorrhage treatment.Results： In 27 cases of young girls with vaginal laceration hemorrhage patients with Foley catheter tamponade were effectively treated of vaginal bleeding.Conclusion： Foley catheter tamponade girl vagina laceration of vagina bleeding by hemostatic therapy is a safe and effective,simple and reliable,it is worthy of clinical application.
