摘要 CVM时间稳定性检验是进行CVM可靠性检验的重要方法之一。通过对两次调查问卷的结果进行分析,得出结论为:①煤矿工人的支付意愿(WTP)估计值相近;②支付意愿均值与分布有显著性差异;③两次不同时间的支付意愿问卷结果显示出显著的"顺序差异"。 CVM （Contingent Valuation Method） Time stability Test is one of the important methods of carrying out CVM reliability Test. An analysis of the results of two investigating questionnaires gives such conclusions as follows ：（ 1 ） an estimating value of WTP （ the Willingness to Pay） of the coal miners is close. （2） the results of the two questionnaires conducted at different time about WTP show distinct ＂order difference＂.
