摘要
深入推进高等教育改革、全面提高人才培养质量,是高等教育实现内涵式发展的必然选择。高校要将"规模、结构、特色、创新"作为高等教育内涵式发展的核心要素,抓好以下四方面重点工作:一是坚持内涵发展,大力提高人才培养水平;二是推进协同创新,大力增强科学研究能力;三是推动开放办学,大力服务经济社会发展;四是加强民主政治建设,大力推进文化传承创新。
To promote the reform of higher education in depth and to improve the quality of personnel training comprehensively are the Inevitable choices of connotative development of higher education. Colleges and universities should take the ＂scale, structure, characteristics, and innovation＂ as the core elements of connotative development of higher education and should focus the efforts on the following four aspects. Firstly, they should adhere to connotative development to vigorously improve the level of personnel training. Secondly, they should promote collaborative innovations to strengthen scientific research ability. Thirdly, they should pursue the opening-oriented school-running to serve the economic and social development. Finally,they should strengthen the construction of democratic politics to promote the cultural inheritance and innovation.
