摘要
民营企业和谐劳动关系的建构是实现社会和谐发展的内在要求,社会资本是推进民营企业劳动关系和谐化的重要资源。通过对浙江案例的分析发现,当前民营企业社会资本发育不成熟。因此,在推进劳动关系和谐发展的进程中,必须着力提升其内外社会资本的存量,提升民营企业劳资双方的认识水平,转变政府和企业的治理模式,完善发展机制,鼓励社会组织参与治理,有效推进民营企业劳动关系的和谐发展。
The construction of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises is an intrinsic requirement to the harmonious development of society, and social capital is an important resource to promote the construction of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises. Based on the case study of Zhejiang, it has been found that the development of current social capital of private enterprises is not mature. Therefore, in the process of promoting the harmonious development of labor relations, it is necessary to enhance the stock of social capital at home and abroad, to enhance the awareness of both labor and capital, to change the governing model of government and enterprises, to optimize the mechanism of development, to encourage social organizations" participation in governing, and to effectively promote the harmonious development of labor relations in the private enterprises.
