摘要
针对科技期刊青年编辑容易出现的一些问题,从分析科技期刊编辑工作的特点入手,提出要培养他们对编辑工作的自我职业认同,并根据影响编辑职业认同构建的相关因素提出一些建议。
In accordance with some problems that young journal editors might easily have and from the viewpoint of characteristics of scientific journal editing, we suggest that we should cultivate their professional self identity of editing, and put forward some advice according to the elements affecting the construction of young journal editor＇ s professional self identity.
