摘要
随着形势任务的变化,公安现役院校传统的思想政治工作评价机制,已经不能保证院校思想政治教育始终与时代发展同步伐、与使命任务要求相适应、与学员思想实际相符合的新时代特征,不能充分发挥思想政治工作的最大效益。从思想政治工作效益评价机制创新的必要性、创新的内容以及思想政治工作效益评价遵循的基本原则和方法四个方面,论述思想政治工作考核评价机制创新的途径。
Along with the form and change of the tasks,public security colleges traditional ideological and political work evaluation mechanism,has no guarantee of ideological and political education is the development of sync with the times,with the mission to adapt,and the cadet is in accord with the practical characteristics of the new times.It can not give full play to the greatest benefit of the ideological and political work.This article from the ideological and political work of benefit evaluation mechanism the necessity of innovation,innovative content and ideological and political work of benefit evaluation of the basic principles and methods of four aspects,discusses the innovation way of the ideological and political work evaluation mechanism.
