摘要
建设工程项目的投资不仅关系到国家或地方投资者的重大经济利益,而且关系到国家、行业或地区的经济发展。建设工程项目的投资控制必须贯穿于项目实施的全过程,即在建设工程项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、实施阶段和项目竣工阶段都必须做好投资控制。
The construction project investment does not only relate to the national or local investors, significant economic benefits, but also relates to the economic development of nation, industry or region. The construction project investment control must run through the whole process of project implementation, including the construction project decision-making stage ,design phase ,implementation stage and project completion stage.
