摘要
离心泵效率影响因素的研究,应该侧重于其Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级因素的综合影响。文中利用灰色理论分析了2个Ⅰ级因素(叶轮参数IP与蜗室参数VP)、5个Ⅱ级因素(叶轮进口参数IIP,叶轮出口参数IOP,叶轮流道参数IPP,蜗室平面参数VPP与蜗室断面参数VSP)和17个Ⅲ级因素对效率的综合影响。通过大量计算,得到了Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级因素的综合影响排序。文中首次提出离心泵效率Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级影响因素及其Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级灰色关联度计算公式的新概念、新思路和新方法,对离心泵的研究、设计以及现有产品的改造提供了重要理论基础。
The research on influence factors of efficiency of centrifugal pump should be emphasized on synthetic influences of grades I, II and IU. The synthetic influence of two factors of grade I(impeller parameter-IP and volute parameter-VP), five factors of grade II (impeller inlet parameter -liP, impeller outlet parameter-lOP, impeller passage parameter-IPP, volute plane parameter-VPP, volute sectional parameterVSP)and 17 factors of grade IU on the pump efficiency, is analysed by using grey theory. The influence order of these factors is also obtained after a lot of calculation in this paper. The new concept,thinking and method of influence factors of grades I, II and UI and its calculating formula of grey relational grade are brought forward first in the paper, which provides the important theory basis for the optimizing design,re- search and product renovation of the centrifugal pump.
