摘要
利用软X射线技术和扫描电子显微镜技术 ,研究了在周期载荷下单向聚酯帘线/橡胶复合材料的疲劳机理。结果表明 ,在高应力下 ,单向聚酯帘线/橡胶复合材料的疲劳损伤以聚酯帘线断裂为主 ;在中应力下 ,单向聚酯帘线/橡胶复合材料的疲劳损伤是逐步进行的 ;在低应力下 ,单向聚酯帘线/橡胶复合材料的疲劳损伤仅有局部的界面损伤。
The fatigue damage mechanism of unidirectional polyester reinforced rubber composites was studied with soft X-ray radiography and scanning electron microscopy under cyclic loading.The results showed that the damage of rubber composites in form of fiber failure was observed at high cyclic stress level,the fatigue damage of rubber composites was progressively developed at medium cyclic stress and at low cyclic stress level only local interfacial failure was seen.
