摘要
煤炭物流网络是煤炭产业的一种新型组织形式,文中基于全面风险管理理论与方法,结合中国煤炭物流网络特征,分析和描述了其基本运行模式,并对煤炭物流网络的需求不确定性风险、价格波动风险、网络中断和拥塞风险、行业竞争风险、网络复杂性与传递性风险、物流网络整体性与动态性风险进行了辨识,提出了加快网络整合优化、建立信息共享平台、推动网络联盟建设、建立网络合作伙伴评价与优选体系作为煤炭物流网络的风险应对策略。
The coal logistics network is a new form of organization of the coal industry, based on a comprehensive risk management theory and methods, combined with China＇s coal logistics network characteristics, the paper analyze and describe its basic operation mode, identify demand uncertainty risk of coal logistics network, risk of price fluctuations, the risk of network interruption and congestion, the risk of competition in the industry, network complexity and transmission risk, the risk of the logistics network integrity and dynamic. In order to prevent risk of coal logistics network, put forward to accelerate network integration and optimization, information sharing platform to promote the network alliance-building, the establishment of the evaluation of network partners as the risk response strategies of coal logistics network and optimization system.
