用单自由度弹性系统研究双模量圆板的冲击问题

摘要 在考虑双模量圆板质量的基础上,研究了重物对双模量圆板的冲击问题。把被冲击的双模量圆板简化为一集中质量与无重量弹簧相连接的单自由度弹性系统,使重物对双模量圆板的冲击问题转化为重物对具有集中质量单自由度弹性系统的冲击问题,然后采用动力学方程推导出了重物对双模量圆板的冲击力、冲击时间、动载荷系数的函数表达式,解决了能量法仅能给出动载荷系数的缺陷,指出有关板壳理论专著给出的动载荷系数公式,仅是动力学方程推导出的动载荷系数公式的特例。当拉压弹性模量相差较大时,不能把重物对双模量圆板的冲击问题简单处理为重物对单弹性模量圆板的冲击问题,必须考虑拉压弹性模量不同的因素对圆板冲击问题的影响。 The impact problem of bi-modulus circular plate based on consideration of the mass of plate is sludied in this paper. The impacted circular plate is simplified as a elastic system with single degree of freedom which composed by a concentrated mass and a spring without weight, thus the problem of bi-modulus circular plate impacted by heavy weight can be simplified as single degree of freedom elastic system with concentrated mass impacted by heavy weight, then function expressions for irnpact force, impact time, factor of dynamic load are derived by dynamic equa- lion, and the defects of the energy method, which can only give the factor of dynamic load, is solved. At last, this paper indicates that formulas for the factor of dynamic load which given by monographs for theory of plates and shells is only a special case of function formula for factor of dynamic load that obtained by dynamic equations. When the difference of elastic modulus in ten- sion and compression is large, the problem of circular plate with difference elastic modulus in ten- sion and compression impacted by heavy weight can not be simply taken order with that of circu- lar plate with single elastic modulus, the influence factors of difference elastic modulus in tension and compression on the problem of circular plate impact must be considered.
