断裂试样拉伸屈曲行为的试验及非线性有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 除了压杆模型等几何简单的屈曲问题外,复杂结构的屈曲分析一直是有限元模拟中的一个难点。本文利用ANSYS对薄板紧凑拉伸断裂试样的自由屈曲拉伸试验进行了非线性有限元模拟分析。自由屈曲拉伸试验在岛津拉伸试验机上进行,并采用二维数字图像相关方法定量记录了断裂试样的屈曲变形过程。结果表明,利用有限元方法计算得到的拉伸反力与屈曲位移最大误差不超过20%,因此,有限元分析能够较为准确地模拟复杂试样的屈曲行为。 The buckling behavior of complex element analysis (FEA).
