摘要
Ac/Ds转座子作为研究较为深入的植物转座子,已被广泛应用于植物功能基因组研究。利用Ac/Ds标签系统构建插入突变体库是研究功能基因组学的有效途径,也是进行基因克隆及功能分析的有利工具。结合课题组利用Ac/Ds转座子标签分离基因并进行基因功能验证方面的研究工作,综述了Ac/Ds转座子在植物基因组中的插入特点、转座机制以及转座子标签法的应用与发展前景,为更有效的利用Ac/Ds转座子提供参考依据。
Activator/dissociation (Ac/Ds) transposons as a more in-depth study of plant transposons have been widely used in plant functional genome research. Ac/Ds tagging system is an important and effective way to construct insertion library for functional genome studies. It is also a powerful tool for gene cloning and functional analysis. Our research group also used Ac/ Ds transposon tagging to isolate genes and analyse gene function. This article reviews the characters of Ac/Ds transposons, the transposable mechanism of Ac/Ds transposons, transposon tagging , as well as the application and developmental prospects of Ac/ Ds transposon system. It also provides references for the application of Ac/Ds transposon system.
