摘要
以32000DWT运木船为例,介绍了船舶木材绑扎系统的构成、安全通道的布置,以及2011年《木材甲板货运输船的安全实用规则》(2011 TDC CODE)对防护立柱的新要求。结合暂未生效的2011 TDC CODE,全面分析该船可倒式防护立柱在试验过程中产生塑性变形的原因,试算其立柱应具有的剖面模数值,最后给出了类似问题的解决方案。
This article took 32 000 DWT timber ship as example to introduce the composition of timber securing system, safe access arrangement and the new requirement to the uprights according to CODE OF SAFE PRACTICE FOR SHIPS CARRYING TIMBER DECK CARGOES 2011 (2011 TDC CODE). The reason for plastic deformation of the uprights during test was analyzed and explained referring to this 2011 TDC CODE,which has not taken effect yet. Proper section modulus for the uprights was calculated and resolution for the problems was given.
