分析首钢长治钢铁公司100万t／a精品螺纹棒材生产线的工艺流程设计及车间平面设计，重点介绍该生产线采用的热送热装、蓄热步进炉、无槽轧制、在线热处理等先进工艺技术及设备；该生产线成功投入生产，达到设计要求，取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper analyzes the processes design and workshop layout design, introduces the ad- vanced technologies and equipments for the rod mill of Changzhi Steel CO. This line put into production successfully and achieved good economic and social benefits.
