摘要
以平煤集团机械装备多种经营总公司对所属各分支机构生产经营单位整合重组为例,介绍了整合重组前的状况以及进行整合重组的必要性和可行性,提出了重组原则、基本框架、程序和步骤,总结了整合重组取得的效果;同时阐述了企业整合重组的理论探索与实践经验。
Base on the integration and reorganization of each branch production and sales unit belonged to the diversified busi- ness general company run by Pingdingshan Coal Group Machinery Equipment as a case, the paper introduced the status before integration and reorganization and the necessity and feasibility of the integration and reorganization, provided the reorganization principle, basic framework, schedule and procedure and summarized the achieved effect of the integration and reorganization. The paper also stated the theoretical discovery and practical experiences of the integration and reorganization for the enterprises.
