南极南奥克尼群岛西部水域南极电灯鱼生物学 被引量:3

THE BIOLOGY OF ELECTRONA ANTARCTICA IN THE WESTERN SOUTH ORKNEY ISLANDS,ANTARCTIC

摘要 根据2010年和2012年南半球夏季南极南奥克尼群岛西部水域开展的资源调查期间收集的数据,本研究对南极电灯鱼的基础生物学,包括体长(SL)、湿重(WW)、纯重(DW)、体长-体重关系、性成熟度和性腺指数及摄食强度进行了分析。结果表明:(1)南极电灯鱼体长范围为6.3—8.8 cm,平均体长为7.51 cm(7.48—7.54 cm)(95%置信区间);湿重范围为3.5—10.1 g,平均湿重为6.0 g(5.92—6.08 g);纯重范围为3.1—8.7 g,平均纯重为5.2 g(5.13—5.27 g);(2)湿重与纯重关系为DW=0.849 7 WW+0.162 3(R2=0.950 2),体长与纯重关系为SL=0.023 8DW2.6695;(3)调查期间,南极电灯鱼性成熟度处于Ⅰ—Ⅳ级,未发现有Ⅴ和Ⅵ级的个体出现;(4)摄食强度随体长的增加而有所加强,空胃与1级所占比例随体长增加而下降。 Based on the biological data collected in the western South Orkney Islands, Antarctic in austral summer, 2010--2012, the present study analyzed the biological characteristics of Electron antarctic (Electrona antarctica), including standard length (SL), wet weight (WW), dressed weight (DW), the relationship between SL and DW, sexual maturity stage and gonadsomtic index. The results showed that : ( 1 ) The SL ranged from 6.3 to 8.8 cm and the average SL value is 7.51 cm (7.48--7.54 cm) (95 % confidence interval), the WW ranged from 3.5 to 10.1 g and the average WW is 6.0 g (5.92---6.08 g), the DW ranged from 3.1 to 8.7 g and the average DW is 5.2 g (5.13--5.27 g). (2) The relationship between WW and DW was DW =0. 8497WW +0. 1623 (R2 = 0.9502) , and the relationship between SL and DW was SL =0.0238D1V2"6695. (3) During the survey period, the sexual maturity stages of Electron antarctic were from stage I to IV and stage V and VI cannot be found. (4) The feeding intensity of Electron antarctic was increased with the increasing of SL, the proportion of empty stomach and stage I were decreased with the increasing of SL.
