摘要
介绍了两性表面活性剂的表面活性和胶体性质 ,给出了浓度与表面活性剂团簇结构之间的关系。指出两性表面活性剂 ,特别是含弱碱性氮的两性表面活性剂的表面活性和临界胶束浓度 (cmc)随体系 p H不同而变化。当体系 p H等于两性表面活性剂的等电点时 ,两性表面活性剂在表面上的排列最紧密 ,cmc达到最低值。还讨论了其他影响 cmc的因素。
Surface activities and colloidal properties of amphoteric surfactants were introduced and relationship of concentration and cluster structure of amphoteric surfactante was given.It was indicated that the surface activities and the critical micellar concentration of amphoteric surfactants,especially those containing weaker alkalinic nitrogen atom,were dependent on the pH of systems.The closest arrangement on surface and the lowest cmc in solution were observed at pI(isoelectric point).The other influence factors on cmc was also discussed.
