摘要
有机锗倍半氧化物具有多种生物活性 ,可广泛用于化妆品、临床疗效制品及营养保健品等。研究建立了两种有机锗倍半氧化物的合成工艺。在酸性条件下 ,二氧化锗与次亚磷酸钠经加热反应生成三氯甲锗烷 ,再与丙烯酸反应生成三氯代锗丙酸 (中间体 )。中间体 经水解、纯化和干燥后得双 - β-羧乙基锗倍半氧化物 (R- Ge- ) ;而中间体 经氯磺化、氨酰化、水解、纯化和干燥后得双 -β-氨甲酰乙基锗倍半氧化物 (R- Ge- )。 R- Ge- 和 R- Ge- 的工艺产率分别为56.36%和 67.33%。并经元素分析、红外、质谱及核磁共振光谱分析鉴定 ,证实了它们的化学结构。
It is known that organogermanium sesquioxide compounds have many biological activities,so they can be widely used in the cosmetics,clinical preparations,products of nutrition and health protection etc.In order to develop and utilize them,a technology for synthesis of two organogermanium sesquioxide compounds has been studied and established in this paper.Under the acidic and heating conditions,germanium dioxide reacts with sodium hypophosphite to give germanium chloroform.After reacting germanium chloroform with propionic acid,trichlorogermanium propanic acid(intermediate Ⅰ)is obtained.Bis-beta-carboxy ethyl germanium sesquioxide(R-Ge-Ⅰ)is prepared by hydrolysis of intermediate Ⅰ,and then by purification and drynees.Bis-beta-carbamylethyl germanium sesquioxide(R-Ge-Ⅱ)can be also produced by reacting intermediate Ⅰwith thionylchloride,and then amonis gas,following hydrolysis,purfication,and dryness.The yield of R-Ge-Ⅰ and R-Ge-Ⅱ is 56.36% and 67.33% respectively.The chemical structures of R-Ge-Ⅰ and R-Ge-Ⅱ are verified by the spectral analysis of elements,infrared spectra,mass spectra and nuclear magnetic resonance.
