摘要
聚丙烯球形催化剂DQ-1是80年代末开始开发研制的用于丙烯聚合和/或共聚合的高效催化剂,1997年获专利权。DQ-1已在国内环管式及间歇式丙烯聚合工艺生产装置中推广应用,其各项性能指标均达到或超过国内外同类高效催化剂的先进水平。DQ-1已在国内建有生产装置,生产能力为20t/a。
The high efficiency Spherical Catalyst DQ-1 for propylene polymerization or copolymerization was developed from the end of the 1980' s, which was patented in 1997. DQ-1 has been widely used in commercial loop reactor or batch units for propylene polymerization. Its properties have reached or surpassed the advanced level of the same kind of efficient catalysts made at home and abroad. A 20t/a unit for DQ-1 has been set up domestically.
