摘要
在分析广东省高新技术产业现状的基础上,从自主创新能力、研发投入、支持环境、人才等方面探讨广东高新技术产业自主创新存在问题,提出完善政策、构建机制、优化环境等一系列建议,推动广东省高新技术产业自主创新,同时为政府制定高新技术产业发展政策提供依据和参考,也为高新技术企业自主创新提供新路径,有助于提升企业竞争力。
This paper analyzed the situation of high-tech industry in Guangdong, explores existing problems of independent innovation of high-tech industry in Guangdong from four aspects including independent innovation capability, R＆D investment, supporting environmenrt and talent, puts forward the countermeasures of policy, mechanism and environment accordingly, provided the reference with the government,supplies the new way with the enterprise.
