摘要
以甘蔗叶为发酵原料,研究纤维素酶预处理对甘蔗叶产沼气效果影响。结果表明,产气量随着纤维素酶用量的增加而增加,当纤维素酶添加量为1%时,产气量最大,可达641 L,此时纤维素降解率也最高。通过扫描电镜观察甘蔗叶的表观形态结构表明,经0.5%和1%纤维素酶预处理后,甘蔗叶的纤维结构遭到较明显的破坏,但是发酵后的物料中仍残留大量的纤维素类物质,说明甘蔗叶尚存在进一步的沼气发酵潜力。
The effect of cellulase pretreatment on biogas production from the sugarcane leaves was studied. With the increase of cellulase dosage, the biogas production was increased. When the added cellulase dosage was 1%, the gas production reached the maximum of 641 L and the rate of cellulose degradation was the highest. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results showed that the fibrous structure of the sugarcane leaves was apparently destructed after pretreated with 0.5% and i% of cellulase. But there were still a lot of residual cellulose substances in the fermented materials, indicating that the sugarcane leaves still had a potential for further methane fermentation.
