摘要
对番木瓜果腐镰刀病菌的生物学特性及其室内毒力进行了测定。结果表明,该病原菌最合适生长温度范围为25~30℃:在中性或偏碱性条件下.有利于菌丝体的生长,而偏酸性条件则对菌丝体生长存在明显的抑制作用;光照对菌丝体的生长影响不大。该菌在以麦芽糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、D-甘露糖为碳源的培养上生长良好;而在以硝酸钠、L-组氨酸、甘氨酸为氮源的培养基上生长较好。在供试的9种药剂各浓度中,多菌灵、甲基托布津、咪酰胺、戊唑醇以及百菌清5种药剂对菌丝体生长的抑制效果较为显著。
In the present study, some biological characteristics and the virulence indoor of the pathogen of papaya fruit rot were studied. The main results are described as follows: Mycelium growth of the most appropriate temperature were 25-30℃.The conditions of alkaline or neutral were helpful to the growth of mycelium, while light almost didn't influence on the growth of mycelium. Maltose, glucose,sugar and D-mannose were all benefical to the mycelimn growth,while sodium nitrite,L-histidine and glycine were also conducive to mycelium growth. In the other hand, the virulence indoor of the pathogen of papaya fruit rot were tested toxicity by the 9 fungicides indoor. The result showed that the Carbendazim, MeroifTM, Prochloraz, Tebueonazole, and Chlorothatonil were the better than other fungicides in all fungicides supplied.
