摘要
唐山矿业分公司选煤厂自2006年技术改造后,电耗指标一直居高不下,给降低生产成本带来巨大压力。针对此问题,该选煤厂通过增加处理量、优化煤泥水系统的运行方式、应用节能设备等,大幅降低了电耗,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
After the renovation of using dense medium separation process in Tangshan colliery coal prepa- ration plant, the power consumption for ton raw coal separation always at high level, that brought plant a great pressure. To solve the problem, the plant takes the measures including properly increasing the process capacity, optimizing the operation model of coal slurry system and energy - saving equipment, which greatly reduced the eclectic power consumption for ton raw coal, obtained better economic and so- cial benefits.
