摘要
针对平朔二号井选煤厂浓缩机中的细粒、极细颗粒含量高,沉降、压滤效果差,严重制约该选煤厂处理能力的问题,文章在实验室沉降试验的基础上,结合选煤厂实际生产情况,通过PTDX1220和PTDN2140药剂的联合使用,使浓缩机的浓缩效率提高到88.39%,溢流的固体物含量降至3 g/L,日处理量提高到4.6 t,处理效果明显提高。
To solve the problems of high content of fine and ultra fine particles in the feed of thickener this caused the poor performance in process of settling and press filtration, seriously limited the process capacity of Pingshuo No. 2 colliery coal preparation plant, the paper on the basis of laboratory settling test combined with production practice, using the TDX1220 and TDN2140 mixed agent ciency of thickener increased to 88.39% , solid content in over flow decreased to 3 , that made the effi- g/L, and daily trea- ting capacity increased to 4.6 t, obtained good effect.
