摘要
果实形状是桃的一项重要的形态指标。本试验以油蟠桃品种98-5-8与普通桃品种91-42-51的F1杂交分离群体74个单株为试验材料,对桃果实的扁平和圆形性状进行了SSR分子标记研究。用分离群体分组分析法(Bulked segregant analysis,BSA),通过对21对SSR引物进行筛选,获得了SSR标记MA014a,与圆形性状连锁,遗传距离为1.4 cM;SSR标记MA014a在20个桃栽培品种中进行验证,符合率达到90.00%;在晚熟大蟠桃与千代姬组合后代中进行了桃果实形状标记的验证,结果表明,有5个单株发生了重组,重组率为4.27%,遗传距离为4.3cM。表明SSR标记MA014a标记可用于桃果实形状的分子标记辅助育种。
Fruit shape is one of the important economical characters in peach.74 plants in F1 segregation population derived from the cross between flatarine(Prunus persica L.) 98-5-8 and peach(P.perica L.) 91-42-51 were tested for molecular markers linked to fruit shape by simple sequence repeat(SSR).21 pairs of SSR primers were screened by bulked segregant analysis(BSA).MA014a,which linked to nonsaucer at a distance of 1.4 cM,were acquired.The marker was verified in 20 cultivars and had the coincidence rate of 90.00%.The results of the verification in the cross between late-maturing flat peach and Chiyohime peach revealed that five individual plants generated recombination,with the rate of 4.27% and a distance of 4.3 cM.The results indicated the marker could be used for molecular assisted selection(MAS) in peach breeding.
