摘要
以黄瓜品种新泰密刺为试验材料,研究4种不同的丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhiz fungi,AMF)[Glomus mosseae(GMA)、Glomus mosseae-2(GMS)、Glomus mosseae-3(GMH)及Glomus versiforme(GV)]对黄瓜幼苗的生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,接种4种丛枝菌根真菌的黄瓜幼苗株高、地上部和地下部鲜重、菌根侵染率及叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、地上部的氮、磷、锌、钙含量、根系可溶性蛋白质含量均显著高于未接菌的对照(P<0.05),而气孔限制值(Ls)和水分利用率(WUE)均显著低于未接菌的对照(P<0.05);其中接种GMA的黄瓜幼苗株高、地上部和地下部鲜、干重、菌根侵染率及叶片中叶绿素a、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、地上部磷、铜、锌含量均显著高于接种GMS、GMH、GV的黄瓜幼苗(P<0.05)。表明4种丛枝菌根真菌对黄瓜幼苗的生长均有不同程度的促进作用,其中以GMA的促进作用最明显。
Cucumber cultivar Xintaimici was used to study the effects of four kinds of arbuscular mycorrhiz fungi(AMF),Glomus mosseae(GMA),Glomus mosseae-2(GMS),Glomus mosseae-3(GMH)and Glomus versiforme(GV),on the growth and physiological characteristics of cucumber seedlings.The height,fresh weights of shoots and roots,AMF colonization,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoid contents,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr) and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) of leaves,N,P,Zn,Ca contents of shoots and soluble protein contents of roots in cucumber seedlings inoculated with four kinds of AMF were significantly higer than those of control(no fungus inoculated)(P0.05),while stomatal limitation(Ls) and water use efficiency(WUE) with AMF-inoculation were significantly lower(P0.05).The height,fresh and dry weights of shoots and roots,AMF colonization,chlorophyll a,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr) and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) of leaves,P,Cu,Zn contents of shoots in cucumber seedlings inoculated with GMA were significantly higher than those inoculated with GMS,GMH,GV(P0.05).The results indicated that four kinds of AMF could promote the growth of cucumber seedlings,and GMA was the best.
