摘要
以四丁氧基钛和Ba(OH) 2 为原料 ,采用水热法制得电子陶瓷级匀分散四方相钛酸钡粉料 ,研究了水热条件、碱度等因素对产品晶型的影响 ,初步讨论了水热体系中晶体的晶相转化机理 .
A method for hydrothermal synthesis of BaTiO 3 in alkalinity aqueous solution of Ba(OH) 2 and Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 was report ed. The influences of hydrothermal conditions and the concentration of OH - on crystal lattice were studied respectively and the crystal lattice transformation mechanism of BaTiO 3 was discussed. Under the hydrothermal conditions, tetragronal BaTiO 3 can be formed directly, or transform from cubical BaTiO 3. The primary determinative factor of crystal lattice of BaTiO 3 is H + defect, which is formed by H + substituting for Ba 2+ is blocked up by H + defect. It is favorable to raise the temperature and concentration of OH - and to prolong the reaction time for the formation of tetragonal BaTiO 3.
