摘要
本文提出了一种新型钢结构住宅体系—装配整体式空间钢网格盒式结构,适用于多、高层钢结构住宅。盒式结构由钢—混凝土协同式组合空腹夹层楼盖及钢网格式承重墙组成,具有空间三维受力特性,比常规框架结构受力更合理;空腹楼盖具有跨度大、自重轻等优点,住宅室内无梁无柱,自由划分居室,使用方便、美观,节约层高;钢网格外墙采用现浇填充石膏墙体,墙体施工简单易维护,保温性能好且不易开裂,钢构件完全包裹在石膏墙体内,完全被密封,无需再做防火防锈处理。本文通过一拟建工程实例来说明盒式结构的优势,此类结构解决了多年制约我国钢结构住宅发展的问题,将结构性能、建筑功能以及节能环保有机结合起来,是一种适合市场推广的钢结构住宅体系。
This paper presents a new structural system of steel dwelling houses applied in multiple and high-rise residential building, called assembled monolithic space steel grid box structure. It consists of steel vierendeel grid slab floor and steel grid frame wall, having three dimensional stress, which is more reasonable compared to the conventional frame structure. The steel vierendeel grid slab floor has the advantages of large span, light weight; Dwelling houses can free into the room without the beam and column, it is easy to use, appearance, save height. The steel grid frame wall is filled with benzene plate and gypsum, which has good insulation properties and not easy to crack; it is easy to construction and maintain. The steel component is surrounded by gypsum wall, with fully sealed there is no longer to do fireproof and anticorrosive treatment. The paper explains the ad- vantages of the box structure through a proposed building. This new structure solves the problems restricting steel structure housing development for many years; It has a lot of promotion and development prospects for multi ad- vantages such as good structural properties, powerful architectural function and environmental protection.
