摘要
目的:探讨小鼠妊娠期子宫内肥大细胞的分布、数量和组化性质的动态变化。方法:采用甲苯胺蓝等染色法研究了孕1d、3d、5d、7d、9d、11d、13d、15d、17d、19d时子宫内的肥大细胞。结果:(1)肥大细胞主要分布于子宫肌层,子宫内膜较少,且胚泡植入部位的肥大细胞明显少于非植入部位;(2)妊娠早期(孕1～5d)和妊娠后期(孕15～19d)肥大细胞数显著多于妊娠中期(P<0.05);(3)Alcian蓝藏红组化染色后,可见妊娠过程中红色和红蓝混合色肥大细胞逐渐减少;蓝色肥大细胞所占比例逐渐增大,孕9～19d肥大细胞几乎全部为蓝色;(4)肥大细胞临界电解质浓度值随妊娠时间的推移而变小。结论:妊娠期间子宫肥大细胞在分布、数量和组化性质诸方面均发生了变化,提示妊娠期间子宫局部免疫水平发生了改变,此变化可能是胚胎不被母体排斥的免疫学机制之一。
Objective: To study the changes of the number, distribution and histochemical property of mast cells in the uterus of pregnant mice. Methods; Toluidine blue staining, alcian blue-safranin staining, critical electrolyte concentration measure were used. Results; Mast cells in uterus were mainly distributed in the myometrium, only a few in the endometrium. After ovum implantation ,the mast cells were comparatively less at the place of implantation. The number of mast cells of early and late pregnancy (1-5 dyas, 15-19 dyas) was apparently higher than that during middle pregnancy (P<0. 05). Stained by alcian blue-safranin, both red and reddish blue mast cells decreased gradually in number during pregnancy, but the proportion of blue mast cells was increased. Critical electrolyte concentration of mast cells decreased as time went on. Conclusion; During pregnancy, the distribution, number and histochemical properties of mast cells have changed, which suggested that the immune level of uterus have changed. It could be the immunity mechanism that the mother's body doesn't exclude embrgos.
