摘要
在对现有的氟化氢生产技术进行总结比较的基础上,提出优化设计理念,系统地介绍了转炉法氟化氢生产装置的优化设计的工艺流程及其各单元内容。优化设计融合了许多创新技术,是对氟化氢生产工艺技术的一次系统化改进,认为如把优化设计应用到实践中,能促进我国氟化氢生产过程的安全生产、节能降耗及环保治理。
On the basis of summarizing and comparing the current hydrogen fluoride production technology,this paper proposed optimization design concept,systematically introduced the optimization design process and its each unit content of the Bessemer process hydrogen fluoride production unit.Optimization design incorporated many innovative technologies,which was systematic improvement to hydrogen fluoride production technology,so the application of optimization design to practice can promote the production safety of hydrogen fluoride production process,energy consumption and environmental management.
