摘要
研究了从含钛高炉渣中回收钛的方法。采用硫酸浸取钛,2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯(P507)萃取钛的工艺。结果表明:采用2 mol/L的硫酸浸取钛,钛的浸取率可达84.53%;用P507萃取钛,一级萃取率可达90.25%;用硫酸和双氧水混合溶液反萃钛,一级反萃取率可达70.95%。所得富钛溶液可以制成高品质的金红石型钛白粉。
This paper studied the method recoverying of titanium from titanium-bearing slag. By sulfuric acid leaching, titanium was extracted with 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid mono-2-hexyl ester (P507) from slag. The results showed that 1 ) when the concentration of sulfuric acid was 2mol / /L, leaching rate of titanium was 84.53%; 2) an extraction rate of titanium reached 90.25% taking P507 as an extractant; 3) the re-- extraciton rate of titanium reached 70.95% using a mixed solution of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide serving as a strippant. In addition, rutile titanium dioxide with high quality is obtained using the solution containing titanium ion.
