摘要
目的 观察复方水蛭胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤疗效。方法 治疗组 1 0 0例 ,复方水蛭胶囊 ,每次 5粒 ,每日 3次 ,饭后口服 ;对照组 50例 ,甲基睾丸素每次 1 0 mg,每日 2次口服。 2组均以1个月为 1个疗程 ,3个疗程后进行 B超、CT及妇科查体等检查以观察疗效。结果 2组肌瘤疗效有极显著差异 ,治疗组优于对照组 ,2组临床症状及月经疗效相似 ,无统计学差异。
Objective To investigate the clinic effect on Fufang Shuizhi capsule for the treatment of myometrial myoma. Methods 150 patients of myometrial myoma were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=100) Fufang Shuizhi capsule was taken orally at dose of 5 pills three times a day and in control group (n=50) methyl testosterone was taken orally, at dose of 10 mg twice a day, with course of treatment a month. Using B ultrasonic examination, CT and gynecological exam to evaluate effect. Results The total effective rate (90%) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control group (14%, P< 0 01 ) Conclusions Fufang Shuizhi capsule is an effective therapy for myometrial myoma.
