摘要
目的 观察生脉活心汤治疗冠心病自发性心绞痛疗效。方法 治疗组 50例口服生脉活心汤 ,每日早、晚各 1次 ;对照组 30例口服消心痛 1 0 mg,日 3次。2组疗程均为 6周 ,观察治疗前后心绞痛、心电图及次极量踏车运动试验等变化情况。结果 治疗组心绞痛总有效率 96.0 % ,心电图总有效率 76.0 % ,均优于对照组 70 .0 %、50 .0 % ( P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1 ) ,治疗组次极量运动试验疗效也优于对照组 ( P <0 .0 5)。
Objective To investigate Shengmai Huoxin decoction for the treatment of coronary heart disease with spontaneous angina pectoris. Methods 80 patients of coronary heart disease with spontaneous angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. In treatment group(n=50) Shengmai Huoxin decoction was taken and in control group (n=30) Xiaoxintong was taken. Results The total effective rate (96%,) was significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group (70%, P<0.01). Conclusions Shengmai Huoxin decoction is an effective for the treatment of coronary heart disease with spontaneous angina pectoris.
