摘要
目前环境监督在监测过程中遇到的问题,政策、经费人员数量、素质、培训等问题是制约环境监督的主要因素。针对具体问题提出了解决对策。
This paper discusses the current environmental supervision and monitoring problems encountered in the process, policy, funding the number of personnel, quality, training, supervision and monitoring is a major constraining factor in the environment. Put forward a specific countermeasures.
