摘要
目的 :研究牙周炎患者龈沟液可溶性细胞间粘附分子 (sICAM - 1)的含量。方法 :牙周炎患者 15例 ,正常对照 2 0例。用ELISA法检测牙周炎患者龈沟液sICAM - 1的含量。结果 :正常对照龈沟液sICAM - 1含量为 145 0 14± 43 745ng/ml,男女间无显著性差异 (p >0 0 5 )。牙周炎患者龈沟液sICAM - 1的含量为 2 3 716± 8.195ng/ml,明显低于正常对照 (p <0 0 1)。结论 :龈沟液sICAM - 1含量的降低与牙周炎有关。
Objective:To study soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) levels in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) of patients with adult periodontitis(AP).Methods:GCF from 15 adult subjects with AP were collected at their first appointment.sICAM-1 in GCF was detected with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The levels of sICAM-1 were 145.014±43 745ng/ml and 23.716±8.195ng/ml in GCF with control and AP respectively.No sex difference was observed in control (p>0 05).It was found that sICAM-1 in GCF of healthy individuals was significiantly higher than that in GCF of patients with AP (p<0 01).Conclusion:The change of sICAMM-1 Content in GCF is related with AP.
