厦门地区女性人乳头瘤病毒感染分布

摘要 目的研究厦门地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的年龄、病因、亚型分布及多重感染现状。方法采用导流杂交基因芯片技术对981例女性宫颈分泌物进行检测,并对结果进行分析。结果 981例标本HPV检测阳性率为22.7%(222/981),不同年龄段HPV感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同妇科疾病患者具有不同的HPV感染率;16、18、52、58及CP8304亚型感染率较高。结论厦门地区不同年龄女性HPV感染率无统计学差异;子宫及其附件、盆腔病变患者HPV感染率较高,感染型别以16、52型为最常见。
