荧光灯频闪对视觉调节机能的影响 被引量:6

The effects of flicker from fluorescent lighting on the function of visual accommodation

摘要 目的 观察荧光灯频闪对视觉调节机能的影响。方法 使用专门仪器测量 16例受试对象在 3种不同频闪的荧光灯 (Ⅰ型灯无频闪、Ⅱ型灯闪烁频率 6 0 0 0 0Hz、Ⅲ型灯闪烁频率 10 0Hz)下阅读 4h及 8h后双眼调节近点、集合近点、明视持久度等指标的变化情况。结果 除个别数值外 ,3种指标 4h的测定值与实验前比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,Ⅱ型灯及Ⅲ型灯测定值与Ⅰ型灯比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。随着阅读时间的延长 ,受试者的左眼和右眼调节近点测定值均有逐渐增高趋势 ,Ⅲ型灯的增加值 [左眼 (2 5 4.81± 2 7.85 )mm、右眼 (2 5 5 .99± 2 6 .81)mm]明显高于Ⅰ型灯 [左眼(2 2 4.86± 43.36 )mm、右眼 (2 31.0 8± 38.5 2 )mm],差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Ⅱ型灯及Ⅲ型灯 8h的测定值与实验前相比 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。实验后受试者集合近点测定值有增加趋势 ,Ⅲ型灯 8h的增加值为 (2 16 .38± 5 6 .93)mm ,与实验前 [(172 .36± 6 1.0 5 )mm]比较 ,差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。随着时间的延长 ,3组受试者明视持久度测定值均有所下降 ,4h及 8h的测定值与实验前相比 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,Ⅱ型灯及Ⅲ型灯与Ⅰ型灯比较 ,差异亦有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 Objective To observe the effects of flicker from fluorescent lighting on the function of visual accommodation. Methods The near point of accommodation,the near point of convergence,visuognosis persistence were measured by using special instruments on 16 subjects after using different fluorescent light(non flicker—Type Ⅰ;flicker frequency 60 000 Hz—Type Ⅱ;flicker frequency 100 Hz—Type Ⅲ). Results Almost all the results of the near point of accommodation,the near point of convergence,visuognosis persistence after 4 hours of experiment had no significant difference from those before experiments.The results of group TypeⅡ and Type Ⅲ had no significant difference from those of group Type Ⅰ( P >0.05).The near point of accommodation of right and left eyes increased with the length of reading time.After 8 hour experiment ,it increased to (255.99±26.81)mm and (254.81±27.85)mm respectively in Type Ⅲ group,higher than (231.08±38.52)mm and (224.86± 43.36) mm in Type Ⅰ group(P<0.05).The results of Type Ⅱ and Type Ⅲ were higher than those before experiment( P <0.05, P <0.01).After 8 hour experiment,the near point of convergence in group Type Ⅲ was higher than that before experiment[(216.38±56.93)mm vs. (172.36±61.05)mm, P <0.05].The visuognosis persistence in three groups decreased with the length of reading time.After 4 hours and 8 hours of experiment,the results of three groups were lower than those before experiment( P <0.01) and the results of Type Ⅱ and Type Ⅲ were lower than that of Type Ⅰ( P <0.05). Conclusion The flickering light source may lead to the change of visual accommodation and cause the asthenopia.
