摘要
目的研究药用植物白术种子质量现状,为种子质量控制及标准制定提供依据。方法通过常规种子检测方法测定和比较不同来源白术种子的外观形态、纯净度、千粒重、含水量、生活力和发芽率。结果不同来源的白术种子大小、千粒重、含水量、种子净度、生活力和发芽率存在较大的差异;生活力在90%以上只有3份材料,发芽率在90%以上只有1份材料;生活力及发芽率均为0的达3份。结论白术种子质量存在诸多问题,亟待制定相关质量规范,为白术优质药材生产提供保障。
Objective To study the quality status of the Atractylodes macrocephala seeds for the quality control standards. Method Measuring and comparing the appearance shape, purity, grain weight, moisture content, vitality and germination rate of the Atraclylodes macrocephala seeds of different sources were carried out. ResμLt Only 3 samples vitality were more than 90%, only 1 sample germination rate more than 90% and 3 samples no vitality and germination rate. Conclusion Relevant quality standards and requirements shouLd be established for the quality ofAtractylodes macrocephala seeds.
