摘要
通过分析新加坡南洋理工学院在师资队伍建设、专业与课程开发、"教学工厂"模式的特色和优势,对比我国职业教育现状,找出了我国职业院校师资培养、课程教学等方面存在的差距和不足,并提出了借鉴与改进意见:加强教师能力拓展;确保新专业与国家经济发展相接轨、课程内容和所学内容与企业需要相一致;将真实的企业项目引入教学课堂,等等。
Through analyzing the characteristics and advantages on the construction of teaching staff,major and curriculum development and the mode of teaching factory for NYP,this paper finds out the difference and deficiency on the cultivation of teaching staff and curriculum teaching for our country's vocational colleges,and puts forward the reference and improving idea with the compare of the present condition of our country's vocational education.It includes the enhancement of teachers' ability,the integration of new major and national economic development,the conformity between curriculum content and learned content and the needs of enterprises,and the bringing-in of real enterprises' project for teaching classroom.
